We provide exceptional therapeutic healing massage to the North Fork Valley Community and Visitors, traveling through. Our space in downtown Paonia, Colorado, invites you into a deeper understanding of yourself, to connect to Gaia and the sacredness of being human. Melisa Brady, LMT, RYT

Melisa's scope in the healing arts is diverse and includes a variety of techniques from feather light touch techniques to deep. These include, Dr. Vodder's Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral and Connective Tissue massage; as well as Therapeutic Swedish hot oil, Intuitive Reiki Energy balancing and deep tissue Barefoot Ashiatsu.
She is an ASTECC certified spa master and offers laminaria algae mask applications, for beauty, general wellness, injury repair and detoxification, as well as the above mentioned techniques, to create custom treatments for each unique person. These techniques were developed and used in Wellness Spas, before the development of Western medicine.
In 2015, she became an Anusara Elements of Yoga instructor, studying with Adam Ballenger, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Melisa also teaches women's classes on Jade Yoni Egg Practices, empowering and optimizing women's health & vitality through ancient jade egg practice. Please reach out if you are interested and I will notify you when I teach the next round. Private sessions available.
